Eligibility Criteria

Two primary pathways to access the subsidy program for your textile manufacturing operations

Common Facility Centres (CFCs) [Hub & Spoke Model]

  • Partnership of two or more units in cut and sew operations
  • Must be registered as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under Companies Act
  • Operates on Hub-and-spoke model serving all member units effectively
  • Shared resource utilization for maximum efficiency

Individual Manufacturing Units [Hybrid Hub & Spoke Model]

  • Primary units with MOUs with 3+ peripheral manufacturing units
  • Clear cutting job commitments in quantifiable terms
  • Minimum 25% machinery capacity allocated for peripheral units
  • Hybrid Hub-and-spoke operational model implementation
